ABOUT SIMONE

Born in Brazil, Simone Jardim moved to the US when she got recruited to play in the Fresno State tennis team. During her college career, she reached the top of the NCAA doubles ranking, and then pursued a career in coaching. She was the head coach of the Michigan State's women's tennis team.

While in Michigan, she discovered pickleball and her life took a different turn. What started as a fun way to work out turned into a passion and a career. She is the only pro open player to date to have won gold in singles, women’s doubles and mixed doubles in all three majors, Nationals, US Open and Tournament of Champions. Still a coach at heart, Simone shares her knowledge and skills with hundreds of campers every year.
